At SuNew, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is
designed to be fair and transparent:
- Booking Cancellation: You may cancel your installation booking explicitly up to 48
hours before the scheduled site survey date for a full refund of any booking fees.
- Digital Subscriptions: Subscriptions for virtual solar services can be cancelled at
any time. The cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may
incur a small processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure you are happy with our services. Here is how our refunds work:
- Eligibility: Refunds are processed for cancelled bookings (as per policy),
duplicate payments, or service failures directly attributable to SuNew.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original
payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized feasibility reports or expedited service fees are
generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
